These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute the End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Avocado Timer. By downloading or using Avocado, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Avocado, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Avocado is intended for users aged 4 and above. If you are under this age, you must not use the app.
Avocado offers optional premium features via in-app purchases:
Purchases are processed through your Apple ID account by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
No purchase is required to use the core features of Avocado.
No sign-up or account creation is required to use Avocado. Your data stays on your device and is optionally synced via iCloud.
Avocado uses the following Apple services:
Avocado does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data remains on your device or within Apple’s iCloud services, per your settings.

All content, design, and code within Avocado is the intellectual property of John Crossley. You may not duplicate, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without express permission.
Avocado is provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or bug-free performance.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
