The App does not collect any personal data. There are no sign-up requirements and no personally identifiable information is requested or stored.
All data created within the App, such as your tasks, projects, sessions, and preferences, is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple’s iCloud services.

If enabled, the App uses Apple’s iCloud to keep your data synced across devices. All syncing is handled by Apple and adheres to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
If you choose to add sessions to your calendar, the App will request permission to access your calendar and write events. This data remains on your device and is not shared externally.
The App can schedule local notifications to remind you about ongoing sessions. These notifications are handled entirely on your device.
The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features such as unlimited projects, weekly and monthly trend tracking, and additional ambient sounds. Payments are processed securely through your Apple ID account. We do not collect or store any payment information; all transactions are handled by Apple in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The App is suitable for users aged 4 and up. No data is collected that would require parental consent under child data protection laws.
